DEAL WITH CUSTOMER, COLLEAGUE, BOSS OR MANAGER. AFTER WORK COME HOME. GET FRESH IN FEW MINUTES. AFTER IT SOME REGULAR ACTIVITY AND GO TO SLEEP. NEXT DAY FOLLOW SAME DAY SCHEDULE.

2. ROUTINE LIFE ACTIVITY

 AFTER LONG TIME OF SAME ROUTINE, OUR MIND IS BECOME LAZY, REDUCE OR NO EXCITEMENT. MIND FOLLOW SAME ACTIVITY. IT IS EASY FOR MIND DO SAME THING IN SAME TIME AND EVERY DAY. MIND PRODUCTIVITY IS ALSO DECREASE AND NOT FOCUS IN WORK OR ACTIVITY. LIFE IA AS USUAL AS YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE LIVING.

YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR SCHEDULE. YOU CAN IMPROVE YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY FOR BREAK ORDER OF YOUR DAY REGULAR ROUTINE. YOU HAVE TO INCREASE YOUR BODY ENERGY POWER FOR ACTIVITY. YOU FIRST FOCUS SOME OTHER ACTIVITY WHICH IS YOU HAVE TO DO NOW OR IN FUTURE. THIS ACTIVITY IS MOST IMPORTANT FOR YOU. YOU JUST FOCUS ON IMPORTANT OF ACTIVITY IN YOUR LIFE. ALSO THINK IF YOU DO'T DO THIS NOW THEN WHAT HAPPEN.

4. PLAN FOR FUTURE

YOU HAVE TO START LEARNING TECHNOLOGY, MUSIC INSTRUMENT, AND SOME COURSE WHICH IS HELPFUL IN YOUR REGULAR OR FUTURE WORK. YOU CAN ALSO LEARN NEW LANGUAGE WHICH IS GIVE YOU VERY GOOD MIND EXERCISE. YOU ALSO WORK FOR YOUR HEALTH.
